Our Company was originally incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated April 01, 2011 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Subsequently, Our Company was converted in to a public company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the EGM held on April 12, 2019 and consequently name was changed to “Novateor Research Laboratories Limited” (NRLL) vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 22, 2019 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Our current Teeth Whitening products are sold under brand name “SmiloShine”. We manufacture three different variants of Teeth Whitening Strips. Our products are first of a kind in India in teeth whitening industry with FDCA approval. Our Company intends to expand its business in cosmetics, various health care pharma products and specialty pharma in the near future.

Manufacturing Process for Teeth Whitening Strips
All the liquid raw material are pre-weighed and added in the mix tank for the pre-determined time as per the operating instruction.
Solid raw material is fed in the extruder at different feed ports. Premixed liquid is added in the extruder at pre-specified flow rate. Raw materials are extruded to in the form of paste from the mix-extruder. A specially designed dye is used at the end of the extruder to get the extruded material in desired form.
Extruded material coming out of the extruder is laminated between two liner material (1 above and 1 below the sheet) and rewind the final lamination layer on a core.
After specific drying time, the laminated roll is converted in to patches at dye cutting machine in to the required sizes
Each set of patch is carefully inspected and packed in blister packaging machine.
After additional inspection, each blister pack is printed with batch coding. Fix number of patches are packed in to a box which is generally 7 in number. Box is printed for batch coding and MRP, sealed and carton packed for delivery.
